Sudoku Daily

Sudoku Daily takes the gameplay of Sudoku Puzzler Vol. 1 & Sudoku Puzzler Vol. 2, but downloads new sudoku puzzles every day.

It comes with 15 puzzles to start. Then every day, a new puzzle automatically appears:

As long as you don't "Discard" the Sudoku Daily application, you'll continue to receive new puzzles. Even if you've "Uninstalled" it from your device temporarily, you can re-install Sudoku Daily later on and still play the puzzles for the days you missed.

Sudoku Daily can only store 40 puzzles on-device at a time, though, so once you've completed a built-in or downloaded puzzle, you'll probably want to remove it. Later on, you can restore any puzzle you've removed:

So if you've been subscribed for over a year, you'll have access to 365+ puzzles.

The Game
The game screen looks a lot like a Sudoku Puzzler Vol. 1 or Vol. 2 screen:

This makes it easier to quickly figure out which puzzles have been started.

The daily puzzle difficulty can be chosen via the Settings. So if you only want Easy puzzles or really hard puzzles, you can choose to receive only those:

When a new puzzle is received, you can have a message displayed in the titlebar, an icon shown, a ringtone played, and a pending message alert. Or you can choose to have none of this done, if you'd just like the puzzle to arrive without fanfare. You do get to choose what time you'd like the new puzzle to be revealed, so if you want to put the temptation off until lunch or the train ride home, you can do so:

FAQ

Q. If my device is turned off for a few weeks, will I still receive my puzzles?
A: Yes! Your device will automatically download the puzzles you missed while you were gone. Note that you can only have 40 puzzles installed at a time, though, so you might need to remove some puzzles before your new puzzles will fit on your device.

Q. If I go on vacation and I'm out of network coverage, will I still receive puzzles?
A: For the first week or so of being out of coverage, you should still receive daily puzzles (the device tries to cache the upcoming puzzles it will need). After a week, you'll need to return to network coverage before your device can receive more daily puzzles. So if you're going away for a weekend, it shouldn't be a problem.
